Return & Refund Policy
At ChicChonies, your satisfaction is our priority. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unopened and Unused: Due to the intimate nature of our products, only items in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for return.
- Returned Within 30 Days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Please keep your proof of purchase for a smoother process.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used products
- Items marked as final sale
- Digital products (e.g., gift cards)
Initiating a Return
To start a return:
- Contact our Customer Support team at support@chicchonies.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if your item qualifies.
- Please ensure your item is securely packaged to avoid any damage in transit.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the approval status.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Unfortunately, the cancellation is subject to a 10% fee, as we incur expenses from the credit card companies.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another item, please initiate a return for the eligible item and place a new order.
