Discreet Packaging
Chic Chonies is a strong advocate for personal privacy, and we do whatever it takes to preserve yours. We pack your order in nondescript envelopes and boxes, just like your everyday mail or packages. The only identifying marks are your mailing details. The name “Chic Chonies does not appear anywhere on the outside of your package.
Every order leaves our warehouse in plain, anonymous packaging. It might look a little bland compared to some other sites, but it’s utmost discreet.
If the courier company requires, we'll include a phone number in the mailing label. Otherwise, we'll leave that field completely blank as an additional precaution.
Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 1-3 business days.
- Same-day delivery: All same-day delivery orders are shipped on the same day if your order is received by 2 pm on weekdays and 11 am on Saturdays. There is no same-day delivery on Sunday and PH. Tracking may or may not be available depending on the courier company available at the time of shipping your order. If tracking is not provided, you can contact our customer service for an estimated delivery time which is usually in 4 hours time slots.
International Shipping
We are pleased to offer shipping to customers worldwide. International orders are shipped through reliable carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
- Shipping Time: International delivery times vary by region and typically range from 7-21 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.
- Customs & Duties: Please be aware that customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for further details.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1 business days of purchase.
- A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do our best to ensure a seamless delivery experience, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times. If your order is delayed or lost, please contact our Customer Support team, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
